On a Sunday afternoon in Jackson, Mississippi, the life of 30-year-old Kendrick Hughes was tragically cut short in a bizarre and violent encounter. On September 17, 2017, at the Pine Ridge Apartments, a male assailant, whose identity was concealed behind a chilling Jason Voorhees mask, unleashed a hail of bullets.
