In the early hours of Wednesday, February 25, 2026, the life of 19-year-old Dariz Rashad Bray Jr. was tragically cut short in Cincinnati, Ohio. Bray, born on August 9, 2006, was the victim of a double homicide that also claimed the life of 22-year-old Micah Willis. The incident unfolded in the Villages at Roll Hill neighborhood, where Cincinnati police were dispatched around 2 a.m.
after receiving a ShotSpotter notification of gunfire.
Upon their arrival at the scene on Sunnyhill Drive, officers discovered a dark sedan that had crashed into a playground. Inside the vehicle, they found both Bray and Willis suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services were rendered at the scene, but the injuries sustained by both young men were fatal, and they were pronounced dead.
