On July 8, 2015, 20-year-old Arthur Morris was found deceased in a residence located in the 2900 block of Feltz Avenue in Westwood, Cincinnati. A family member discovered Morris's body and another man who had been shot in the neck; the latter was transported to UC Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. Authorities were alerted to the scene around 7:30 p.m. following a 911 call reporting a home invasion robbery.
