On the evening of March 8, 2026, Corporal Timothy O'Connor, a 40-year-old male, was on duty in Chester County, Pennsylvania. A 15-year veteran of the Pennsylvania State Police, he was assigned to the Troop J, Embreeville Station. The night took a tragic turn when a report came in about an erratic driver in the vicinity of Walnut and Compass Roads in Honey Brook Township.
