On April 21, 2011, 26-year-old Amir Chambers, an African-American male, was found deceased in a residence on Mills Street in Buffalo, New York. An investigation by the Buffalo Police Department and the Erie County Medical Examiner's Office determined that Chambers had died from a gunshot wound. The case, which initially appeared to be an unsolved murder, was later revealed to be a meticulously planned execution rooted in gang rivalry.
