Kevin Wilkins, an 18-year-old from Buffalo, New York, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on June 14, 2011, on Minnesota Avenue. His death was part of a larger wave of violence attributed to the Bailey Boys Gang, a notorious gang operating in Buffalo. Tyrone Brown, a member of this gang, was later convicted of the murder as part of a broader federal investigation into gang-related crimes, which included racketeering, drug trafficking, and other violent acts.
