In the early evening of February 12, 2026, the life of 25-year-old Terrion M. Johnson, a Black male from Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically cut short by gun violence. The events unfolded around 5:30 p.m. when the Kansas City Police Department received calls reporting the sound of gunshots in the area of 20th Street and Monroe Avenue.
