When first responders arrived at the scene around 2:30 p.m., they discovered a far more grim situation than a simple traffic accident.
Inside the Toyota Camry, both Daniel Robles De Medina, who was in the driver's seat, and the front seat passenger, 17-year-old Gerard Garrett, were found unresponsive.
