On the morning of January 21, 2026, 23-year-old Cassandra "Cassie" Clinger Moon was shot and killed by her husband, 43-year-old Christopher Moon, in a tragic murder-suicide in Bonneville County, Idaho. The incident occurred on Jack Knife Creek Road, near the Wyoming state line.
