In the Frankford neighborhood of Philadelphia, on the evening of February 2, 2026, a young life was abruptly ended. Orlando Diaz, a 20-year-old man, was fatally shot while sitting in the driver's seat of his Honda. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. on the 1600 block of Brill Street.
