Frank Smith, a 21-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on December 28, 2020, in Philadelphia, PA. He was shot along with another individual, Saabir Mack, inside a white Chrysler on the 1200 block of South 51st Street. Both victims were transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where Frank succumbed to his injuries the following day, and Saabir passed away the day after.
