In the early hours of New Year's Day 2026, the life of 37-year-old Marcus Allen Robinson Tynes was tragically cut short in San Antonio, Texas. The incident, which marked the city's first homicide of the year, unfolded in the parking lot of a Stout House bar on the West Side. Just before 2:30 a.m.
on January 1st, as Tynes was attempting to leave the scene in a truck, he was struck by a gunshot to the head. Emergency services were called to the location in the 9200 block of Potranco Road, near State Highway 151, and Tynes was rushed to a nearby hospital. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he was pronounced dead.
