On a summer evening in Buffalo, New York, the life of 23-year-old Ronald Jones was tragically cut short. On July 6, 2013, gunshots shattered the night on Norway Park. When police responded to a 911 call shortly after 10:30 p.m., they discovered that a shooting had occurred.

Jones, a male victim, had already been transported to Erie County Medical Center by a private vehicle before authorities arrived at the scene. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. The incident was one of two homicid ...
