On a September morning in 2016, the life of 51-year-old Charles Wyatt was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire on a Buffalo, New York street. The shooting occurred around 8:50 a.m. near the intersection of East Delavan and Floss Avenues, a normally quiet residential area. When police arrived at the scene, they found Wyatt on the ground, suffering from a serious gunshot wound.
