On the evening of December 5, 2025, the community of St. George, Utah, was shaken by the tragic and untimely death of 17-year-old Jason Phillipe Quiroz. Born in Los Angeles, California, to Jose and Jessica Quiroz, the Latino teenager had built a life in Utah filled with the vibrant energy of youth.
