In the early morning hours of December 29, 2018, a dispute that began inside a St. George, Utah, bar tragically escalated, ending the life of 34-year-old Spencer Maluafiti Tafua. Tafua, a Black / African American male, was a father of four and a beloved figure in his community, known for his kind heart and infectious smile.
