Carolyn Williams, a 66-year-old woman from Maple Heights, Ohio, tragically lost her life on May 5, 2022. She was fatally shot by Darryl Thaxton, a 39-year-old man from Bedford Heights. Thaxton was subsequently charged with aggravated murder in connection with her death.
