Herion S. Chase, a 44-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost his life on September 8, 2018. He was shot outside Big Cassel’s Smoke House, a barbecue restaurant located on the East Side of San Antonio. Chase was standing in the parking lot when two unknown men, who were across the street, began shooting at him. He was struck once and died at the scene. A bystander was also injured during the incident.
