Donald Webb

On the evening of December 12, 2025, officers from the Carthage Police Department were dispatched to an apartment complex located in the 400 block of West Fir Road in Carthage, Missouri. Responding to what was initially reported as a medical call around 6:22 p.m., first responders discovered Donald Webb, a 51-year-old male, inside a second-floor unit. He was suffering from a gunshot wound and, despite immediate life-saving attempts by emergency personnel, was pronounced dead at the scene.
