John Cody Morgan Jr., a 30-year-old resident of Carthage, Missouri, tragically lost his life on October 13, 2020. The incident occurred shortly before 9:00 PM when emergency services received calls about a disturbance at 115 North Garrison Avenue. Reports of shots fired in the west alley of the 100 block of North Garrison soon followed.
