On the evening of February 8, 2024, in Carthage, Missouri, a young life was cut tragically short. Eighteen-year-old Sean William Schubert, a Caucasian male, was at an apartment on Main Street with a group of friends. The gathering took a devastating turn when, at approximately 10:00 p.m., a firearm was accidentally discharged while being handled and cleaned. The single shot fatally wounded Sean.
