In the early morning hours in the Brownsville neighborhood of Brooklyn, a dispute between neighbors escalated into a fatal encounter. Leroy Wallace, a 41-year-old male, was shot and killed. The incident began inside an apartment building on Thomas S. Boyland Street, where an argument is believed to have broken out between Wallace and his neighbor.
