In the early morning hours of a Sunday in Buffalo, New York, the life of 39-year-old Earl Parker was tragically cut short. On August 21, 2016, gunshots rang out on Schreck Avenue, between Olympic and Bailey Avenues, leaving Parker with fatal injuries. Another 32-year-old man was also struck by the gunfire, but his injuries were not considered to be life-threatening.
