In the late hours of a cold January evening in Buffalo, New York, a burst of gunfire shattered the quiet of Keystone Street. On January 18, 2017, a 20-year-old Black / African American male became the victim of a fatal shooting. The young man was struck by bullets just before 11 p.m. in the city's east side.
