Norbert Ivan Guzman Tapia, a 25-year-old resident of Buffalo, NY, tragically lost his life on August 27, 2019. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. outside an apartment on Upper East Lane in Buffalo's Riverside neighborhood. Guzman Tapia was found with gunshot wounds and was immediately transported to the Erie County Medical Center (ECMC), where he succumbed to his injuries.
