In the quiet community of McDowell, Kentucky, a tragedy unfolded that left residents in shock. On Thursday, October 23, 2025, 34-year-old Jill Howell, a female from Prestonsburg, was found dead inside a home on East Back Street. The discovery was made after Kentucky State Police received a report of an unresponsive female at the residence.
