Kory Anding, a 29-year-old male, was shot and killed late on the night of October 25, 2025, inside an apartment building on Berkeley Street in Alexandria. Police were called for reports of gunfire at approximately 10:56 p.m.; responding officers found Anding inside an apartment where medics pronounced him dead at the scene. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner was tasked with determining the cause and manner of death.
