Jaime Gustitus, a 25-year-old White/Caucasian female, was fatally shot in the early morning hours of October 25, 2025, after a man forced his way into her Sugarcreek Township condo. Investigators identified the shooter as Jacob E. Prichard, 34, who, according to police, broke in around 2 a.m. and killed Gustitus before fleeing the scene. Authorities later confirmed Gustitus’ identity and age, and local obituaries memorialized her life and service as a first lieutenant.
