Tiffany Rhea, a 27-year-old woman from Akron, Ohio, tragically lost her life on January 22, 2020. She was fatally shot in the torso during a confrontation with Tyree Omenai, a 26-year-old man from Akron. The incident occurred in the area of Eastland and Bethany avenues. Rhea was a passenger in a vehicle when she exited the car and engaged in a verbal altercation with Omenai. Omenai allegedly brandished a handgun and fired multiple shots, striking Rhea.
