In the late hours of a Saturday night, the atmosphere at Club Cedar in Louisville's Russell neighborhood was shattered by gunfire. It was just before midnight on October 25, 2025, when 45-year-old Andrew Cochran was shot. Patrons who were gathered under tents in the back of the club scrambled for safety, unsure of what had just transpired. When the chaos momentarily subsided, Cochran was found lying in the parking lot with a gunshot wound to his head.
