In the early morning hours of October 15, 2025, the life of 39-year-old Montana Lee Gunhus, a male resident of Waterloo, Iowa, was tragically cut short. At approximately 3:45 a.m., Waterloo Police officers were dispatched to 3137 Hammond Avenue following a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene with two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds.
