Shauna Shook, a 39-year-old White female, was found dead inside her north Omaha apartment on the evening of Thursday, October 16, 2025. Police were called to the residence near 65th and Boyd Streets around 6:30 p.m., where investigators said the circumstances of her death appeared suspicious. Shook’s daughter discovered her and alerted authorities, and Omaha police quickly identified a person of interest as Shook’s boyfriend, 39-year-old Benjamin Myers.
