Isaac Samuel Rincon Uribe, 16, male, was fatally shot late on October 16, 2025, in Chicago’s South Chicago neighborhood. Just before 11 p.m., gunfire struck him in the 8800 block of South Marquette Avenue. First responders rushed him to Trinity Hospital with a gunshot wound to the chest, where he was pronounced dead.
