On April 12, 2025, Omar Hernandez-Gabriel, a Hispanic male, was fatally shot in West Palm Beach, Florida. The incident occurred around 3:00 p.m. in the 3700 block of Nokomis Avenue, where deputies discovered the bodies of two men, including Hernandez-Gabriel, unresponsive behind an apartment building.
