Damian R. Williams, 37, a Black man from the south suburbs, was found mortally wounded on Chicago’s South Side in the early morning hours of July 24, 2025. Police said he was discovered around 3:20 a.m. in the 2000 block of East 103rd Street, in the South Deering neighborhood, with gunshot wounds to his torso and left leg.
