Ramon Waldo Edward Dobine, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on October 10, 2018, in the Washington Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. while Dobine was standing on the sidewalk in the 200 block of East 63rd Street. A vehicle approached, and someone inside opened fire, striking Dobine in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after the shooting.
