Julio Cesar Martinez Padron, 59, male, left a West Side bar in San Antonio on the night of Sunday, October 19, 2025, after a dispute that had flared inside. As he settled into his SUV outside the business at 434 Historic Old Highway 90, another patron—identified by police as 43-year-old Ramiro Espinoza Jr.—walked to his own vehicle, retrieved a handgun, approached, and said, “I got you now,” before firing multiple rounds into the SUV.
