It was Monday, June 24th. Officers were called to the 8200 block of 3rd Avenue North Alley. When they arrived, they found Skipper suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Several shell casings were found in the alley near her.

Those who live in the area heard gunshots overnight around 2 am. Then one resident reported seeing a red SUV speed away from the alley.

Anything you saw or anything you've heard could be the evidence we need to put the killer behind bars.
