Jason Cuevas, 17, a Hispanic male, went to the Paddock on Park Row Apartments in Arlington on the afternoon of May 29, 2025, with his older brother, Bryan. Around 5:10–5:11 p.m., responding officers found both brothers outside one of the buildings with gunshot wounds; they were rushed to a nearby hospital and later pronounced dead. The apartment complex sits in the 400 block of West Park Row Drive, and investigators would soon learn the brothers did not live there.
