In the quiet streets of Casper, Wyoming, a tragic story unfolded that cut short the life of 30-year-old Brandon Arguello Lopez, a Hispanic male. On the evening of February 1, 2024, police responded to a call about an unconscious man and discovered Lopez lying on the ground in the 1500 block of West 15th Street with a gunshot wound to his head.
