Jose Rivera, 22, a Hispanic/Latino man, was shot to death late on August 10, 2025, during a domestic disturbance at a west-side San Antonio apartment. Police identified Jose Rivera as the eldest son of the alleged gunman. Officers found him dead at the scene; two women were also shot in the head during the same incident, including 28-year-old Anabelly Licett Vasquez, who died from her injuries days later.
