Quincy Malik Richard, a 25-year-old man who lived in Milwaukee, was shot and killed during the early morning hours of August 11, 2025. Richard was born May 27, 2000, in Madison, Wisconsin, and later resided in Milwaukee. Milwaukee police said the fatal shooting occurred at approximately 3:10 a.m. in the area of North 29th Street and West Clybourn Street. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim as Quincy Richard later that day.
Investigators released few details about the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
