Devante D. Reed, a 20-year-old resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2016. Reed was shot outside a home on the 1600 block of North 38th Street around 2:30 p.m. on that Sunday afternoon. The Milwaukee police responded to the scene where Reed was pronounced dead. The circumstances surrounding the shooting were unclear, and the police had not identified a motive by the following day.
