Cory Starnes, 35, male, White, was shot and killed on the night of August 25, 2025, in the Westwood Beach community south of Chandler, Texas, near Lake Palestine. Emergency responders found Cory Starnes, 35, lying in the roadway and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Local funeral and memorial notices later confirmed the identity and age of Cory Starnes, 35, and that he died in Chandler on August 25, 2025.
