Alexis Jasso, 30, male, was celebrating his birthday with friends at the Alas Locas sports bar outside Cleveland, Texas, when the night fractured into chaos. Shortly after 2:20 a.m. on September 7, 2025, a man who had been at the bar earlier returned and opened fire, first at patrons gathered on the patio and then through the doorway, shattering glass and sending people scrambling for cover.
