Gregory Johnson II, 20, male, Black/African American, was found just after midnight on June 1, 2025, outside his home near Highway 905 in the Conway area of Horry County. He had been sitting in a vehicle when a gunshot struck his head, and emergency responders pronounced Gregory Johnson II, 20, male, dead at the scene. The Horry County coroner’s office identified him later that day, and memorial listings soon recorded the loss of Gregory Johnson II, 20, male, in Conway.
