In the late summer of 2018, the life of 32-year-old Robert Charles Heil was cut short in a violent encounter in the Conway area of Horry County, South Carolina. On Friday, August 31st, Horry County police were called to a residence on Silver Moon Court, where they discovered Heil's body in the yard. He had been fatally shot.
