In the quiet, early morning hours of June 19, 2025, a burst of violence shattered the stillness on Livingston Lane in Longs, South Carolina. Twenty-eight-year-old Emmanuel Brown, a resident of Florence, was sitting in a car when he was struck by gunfire. The shooting, which occurred around 1:30 a.m., left him with a gunshot wound to the head.
