Terrence Eugene Goins, a 28-year-old African American male from Reidsville, North Carolina, was tragically shot and killed on the night of September 8, 2018, in Greensboro, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the 4400 block of Sellers Avenue, where officers responded to a shots fired call shortly before 10:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Goins suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
