In the early morning hours of March 7, 2020, tragedy struck in Longs, South Carolina, when 26-year-old Tavon Marquel Livingston was shot and killed. The incident, which also claimed the life of his 25-year-old brother, Shamon Dayvon Livingston, unfolded near the intersection of S.C. Highway 90 and Melissa Lane in the Wampee area. Both brothers succumbed to gunshot wounds sustained in the attack. A third individual was also injured during the shooting.
